Can Triode supply crew along with rentals?
Yes! While we’re primarily a rental house, we regularly connect productions with trusted gaffers, grips, ACs, and camera operators to keep your set running smoothly.

Do you offer in-house technical support?
Absolutely. Our team assists with gear prep, troubleshooting, and can provide on-set techs for larger or more complex builds.

Do you require insurance to rent equipment?
Yes — a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Triode Rentals is required before pickup.

What happens if gear is damaged?
Don’t worry — insurance covers most accidents, and Triode will help guide you through the claims process quickly.

Can I extend my rental if my shoot runs long?
Yes! Just contact us as soon as possible to adjust your rental return — we’ll work with your schedule.
